Coping with the loss of a loved one can sometimes be very difficult especially if you were deeply attached to the individual. It could be the loss of a husband, a wife, a friend, a brother or sister. The question is how do you let go?. When is the time to say it's over, he or she is finally gone and life continues?. Letting go takes a lot of strength, courage and time.

Everyday people lose loved ones. It is how we express our grief that matters. Losing loved ones might not be through death alone. It could be a lover gilting another lover. It could be a father leaving the home etc. What matters is simply how we handle that crisis period, the people taking one action or the other when they face loses.

a) It could be attempting suicide.

b) Going into shock.

c) Going into depression.

d) It could be screaming on the on.

e) It could be temporary or permanentmental insanity, which could involve the display of emotions like crying, laughing, talking to oneself or not talking at all.

The healing process finally begins when we begin to accept the fact that he or she's gone and is not coming back. That means that life must continue. When we thank God for the individual's brief or lengthened life on earth and realize that being alive is equally a gift. Therefore life must continue. Then have we taken the step towards self-recovery and letting go.

In cases where the individuals experiences any one of the symptoms urgent medical attention is advised.
